Titan Tech’s Electrical Systems & Diagnostics course prepares students for real residential service—not just classroom theory. Over two focused weeks, students build a solid foundation in the science of electricity, circuit behavior, and diagnostic troubleshooting through structured hands-on experience.
Whether you’re entering the field or sharpening your service skills, you’ll train with the same panels, tools, and fault scenarios found in real-world homes. Our electrical lab features individual wiring stations, a full-house service simulation unit, and specialized setups for troubleshooting, generator installation, and panel repair.
This course is structured around realistic service calls and includes:
• Electrical theory, circuits, and safe troubleshooting methods
• Residential wiring systems: lighting, switches, specialized circuits
• Installation and diagnostics for panels, outlets, and devices
• Generator setup and transfer switch installation
• Pipe bending, grounding, disconnects, and rough-in procedures
• Working with codes, inspectors, and service documentation
• Safety protocols for residential job sites
By the end of the course, students will have the skills and confidence to perform electrical diagnostics and service with professionalism and precision. Titan Tech’s method helps new techs get started—and gives experienced electricians a way to strengthen their troubleshooting, sharpen safety habits, and increase field efficiency.
🚫 This course is open to adults 18+. Due to tool use and safety protocols, we do not currently admit minors.
