HVAC Replacement Installation Training

Titan Tech’s HVAC Replacement and Installation course is designed for students who want hands on experience replacing and installing residential heating and cooling systems. You will train with the same tools, equipment, and installation procedures used by professional HVAC in a fast paced environment.

You will learn how to safely remove existing equipment, install new systems, and complete every step of a residential change out from preparation through startup and final testing.

Training Includes

• HVAC installation safety and best practices
• Equipment removal, and jobsite preparation
• Refrigerant recovery fundamentals
• Brazing copper refrigerant lines
• Evacuation and vacuum procedures
• Refrigerant charging
• Electrical and low voltage wiring
  
• Condensate drain installation
• Airflow setup and system commissioning
• Final startup and installation verification

By the end of this course, you will have hands on experience removing, installing, and commissioning residential HVAC equipment using professional installation procedures. You will leave with the confidence to perform clean, organized installations that meet manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices.

Whether you are beginning a career in HVAC installation or sharpening your existing skills, Titan Tech’s lab driven training prepares you to step onto a residential job site with confidence.

• Schedule Monday through Friday; 7am – 5pm

• Contractor-Grade Starter Tool Kit: $450.00
  Includes a professional tool bag and a carefully selected set of essential hand tools recommended by our instructors. Students are welcome to use Titan Tech’s classroom tools during training at no additional cost, bring their own tools that meet course requirements, or purchase the optional starter tool kit to use during and after the course

• Campus Meal Package: $175.00
  Includes lunch, snacks, coffee, and bottled water each training day. Students are also welcome to bring their own meals and use the campus breakroom and refrigerator at no additional charge.
