Titan Tech’s Electrical Systems & Diagnostics 1 is designed for students who want a strong foundation in residential electrical work. You will train with the same tools, equipment, and wiring methods used by residential electricians while building real skills in our hands on lab.

Whether you are new to the electrical trade or building on existing experience, this 50 hour course provides the knowledge and confidence to safely install, test, and troubleshoot residential electrical systems.

Training Includes

• Electrical safety and OSHA best practices
• Ohm’s Law and electrical theory
• Proper meter and test equipment use
• Residential wiring methods
• Device installation (switches, receptacles, GFCI’s)
• Circuit layout and branch circuits
• Load calculations and basic code concepts
• Electrical testing and troubleshooting fundamentals

By the end of this course, you will have hands on experience wiring residential circuits, using professional test equipment, and diagnosing common electrical problems. You will leave with the confidence to work safely and build a strong foundation for residential electrical service.

Electrical Systems & Diagnostics 1 is the recommended starting point for students entering the trade and provides the foundation for Electrical Systems & Diagnostics 2.

• Contractor-Grade Starter Tool Kit: $525.00
  Includes a professional tool bag and a carefully selected set of essential hand tools recommended by our instructors. Students are welcome to use Titan Tech’s classroom tools during training at no additional cost, bring their own tools that meet course requirements, or purchase the optional starter tool kit to use during and after the course.
• Campus Meal Package: $175.00
  Includes lunch, snacks, coffee, and bottled water each training day. Students are also welcome to bring their own meals and use the campus breakroom and refrigerator at no additional charge.
