Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that life happens. However, due to the intensive planning, instructor commitments, and limited class sizes at Titan Tech, we must maintain a clear refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all students and staff.
Tuition Payment Policy
A $200 seat-reservation deposit is required to reserve a student’s place in a scheduled Titan Tech course. The deposit is applied toward the student’s total course tuition.
The remaining tuition balance (if not paid in full at the time of enrollment) must be paid according to the payment terms provided at enrollment and before the applicable course begins.
Third-party financing options, such as Affirm, may be available subject to the financing provider’s approval and terms. Titan Tech does not current offer in-house financing.
Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Because Titan Tech maintains small class sizes and commits instructors, equipment, materials, and lab space for each scheduled student, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.
$200 Seat Reservation Deposit
The $200 seat-reservation deposit is nonrefundable and is applied toward the student’s total course tuition.
If Titan Tech cancels the course, the $200 deposit and all other tuition payments made by the student for that course will be refunded in full.
Student Cancellation Before Class Begins
A student may cancel enrollment at any time before the scheduled beginning of the course by providing Titan Tech written notice.
If th student cancels before instruction begins:
- Titan Tech will retain the $200 nonrefundable seat reservation deposit.
- Tuition paid in excess of the $200 deposit will be refunded, minus any payment-processing fees actually incurred by Titan Tech, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Optional products or services that have not yet been provided will also be refunded.
Withdrawal After Class Begins
A student may withdraw after instruction begins by providing written notice to Titan Tech.
For students who withdraw after instruction begins and have completed 60% or less of the scheduled instructional hours, Titan Tech will provide a pro-rata refund of tuition attributable to the scheduled instructional hours remaining, less the $200 nonrefundable seat-reservation deposit and applicable nonrefundable fees.
Once a student has completed more than 60% of the scheduled instructional hours, tuition is nonrefundable.
For refund purposes, the withdrawal date will generally be the date Titan Tech receives written notice or, when applicable, the date Titan Tech determines the student has withdrawn because of failure to attend or other applicable circumstances.
Refund Processing
Any refund owed under this policy will be issued within 45 calendar days after cancellation or withdrawal.
Refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method when practicable.
Transactions made through a third-party financing provider may also be subject to that provider’s refund and credit-adjustment procedures.
Optional Purchases
Optional products and services, including Titan Tech tool kits and meal packages, are not required for enrollment.
Optional products or services that have not been delivered or provided at the time of cancellation or withdrawal will be refunded, minus any applicable processing fees incurred by Titan Tech.
Products that have already been delivered to and accepted by the student are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated by Titan Tech.
Course Transfer Policy
Titan Tech may allow a student to transfer enrollment to another scheduled session of the same course.
- One transfer may be permitted.
- Transfer requests should be submitted at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled course start.
- The replacement session should generally occur within 90 days.
- Transfers are subject to course availability and scheduling.
- Only one transfer is permitted; subsequent rescheduling is not guaranteed.
No-Shows
Failure to attend does not automatically cancel enrollment or entitle a student to a refund or transfer. A student’s withdrawal date and any applicable refund will be determined under the Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy above.
How to Cancel or Withdraw
Cancellation or withdrawal must be communicated to Titan Tech in writing by email, mail, or personal delivery. No particular format is required; the notice simply needs to identify the student and clearly state the student’s intent to cancel or withdraw.
